What You Will Be Doing

• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time and form of desired results
• Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications
• nfluences business partners and service providers regarding priorities, hardware/software selection and/or vendor selection
• Analyzes marketplace, industry, company, technology trends and best practices, vendor products and services, etc
• Identifies and documents business strategies, objectives and drivers
• Analyzes and documents business processes and metrics, and identifies improvement opportunities
• Calculates/estimates costs and benefits of alternative actions or solutions to establish their viability/ROI
• Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.

What You Bring

• Should have working experience in IT Projects of at least 6 to 10 years related to Banking software applications
• Should have a banking domain experience Especially in the Retail Banking domain – e.g. Loan/Deposit/Account Opening and channel applications like internet / mobile banking, Online Account opening, and Teller applications
• Should have experience working on at least one implementation project from the requirement phase
• Ability to maintain all project documents and should have a good understanding of process flows, user stories, and use cases
• Must have good product demonstration skills
• Must have good stakeholder communication skills
• Must have participated in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions
• Must know the software development lifecycle
• Basic knowledge of product implementation and working through the defined configuration
• 4 to 8 years of core technical banking experience
• Experience in Core or retail banking
• Experience in story writing
• Functional banking exprience
• Flexibility and Availability to work in UK Shifts(2-10 PM)
