Job Summary
Learning System Administrator will be based out in Chennai Location . We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:
Support the day-to-day operational tasks such as responding to learner questions/ resolving learning systems or process-related issues
Assist content team with technical issues
Identify problems and root causes, taking a consultative approach to assist the stakeholders with a resolution.
Assist with updates and revisions to training program-related processes, procedures, and supporting documentation.
Assist with upload/publish and testing of e-Learning sources files in the LMS, troubleshoot any related issues.
Define roles and responsibilities and manage training for learning system administrators.
Conduct LXP/LMS training classes and webinars for stakeholders.
Document customer interactions in issue tracking system by creating, tracking, and resolving cases and the overall tur around time,
Assists stakeholders with recommendations to improve their online training program through LMS improvements such as setting proper permissions and file structure.
Assist with internal process auditing and innovation of best practices.
Provide weekly/Monthly reports and insights to leadership.
Support in the 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM shift on a regular basis and willingness to work in flexible shifts based on business needs.
Here is some of what you will need (required)
Graduate or post-graduate in any stream
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of meaningful LMS administration experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrable experience and success in interacting with customers on a regular basis
Customer focus – proactively finds ways to exceed customer needs
A results-driven and out-of-the-box thinker adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Able to engage, influence and work closely with diverse stakeholders.
Tools: MS Office, Outlook, etc.
Analytical – identifies root causes, corrective and preventative actions
Logical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team environment
Familiar with SCORM and AICC
Reporting capabilities

Experience with Workday Learning LMS and Degreed LXP
Certification in Learning Technologies.
