Job Description
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Workday Systems Analyst – IT located in Chennai Location.
Reporting to the Senior Manager & the role involves
What a typical day looks like:
Tier 3 Incident Management for Workday Talent Management Systems.
Maintain a disciplined execution by documenting functional specifications of production changes.
Testing of configuration changes (Functional, Regression).
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelors of computer science or any other equivalent degree.
Business process knowledge of workflow, workflow configuration and system relationships in the area of Human Resources.
Ability to analyze and understand complex problems and their resulting dependencies.
Ability to work across geographies and different regulatory environments.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
Results oriented individual with proven track record.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Experience handling work through ServiceNow or a similar Incident Tracking system.
Here are a few of our Desired experiences:
Experience in Workday or similar HCM/ERP as system Administrator
Functional expertise in HR processes.
Technical experience in design, development, and implementation of SaaS solutions.
Knowledge of enterprise integrations using web services, SOAP, REST, XML technologies.
