Flexton Inc. Looking for Head of Solutioning and Technology at Greater Bengaluru Area Full Time

• Lead the strategy and execution for the development, deployment, and support of enterprise applications.
• Recommend at the level of Customer’s enterprise architecture planning and implementation, turning technology use into a competitive advantage.
• Proactively identifying and uncovering customer’s challenges and pain points and open new business opportunities within the customer while fostering a deep understanding of their needs.
• Recommend critical decisions regarding the selection of new tools and technologies for customers’ project
• Manage customer lead projects of business analysts, developers, QA professionals, and support staff to ensure delivering high-quality applications and services.
• Excel in project management, delivering projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic business goals.
• Develop and communicate a clear charter and roadmap for the company’s competencies, s that earns more company business .
• Identify and prioritize prospects for custom solutions and new and upcoming technologies.
• Engage with relevant stakeholders at top prospects to develop strong understanding of prospects’ needs, identify and or create potential use cases for solutions and exhibit POCs to show the impact to the customer,
• Work closely with the internal team prepare specific project proposals (incl. technical approach and commercial terms), RFP or RFI and accurate estimates per scopes of work
• Create teams with for strategic purpose with define ROI, Breakeven and laid out risks.
• Establishing high-touch engagement with select customer account’s managers Directors and C-level people to become a trusted advisor and convince them on our solutioning, competencies and servicing models

Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering in the technology space of Java Application and Data Engineering
2. Solid understanding of Technology and ability evaluate right tool with its pros and cons.
3. Experience in IT servicing proposal making and competency building.
4. Experience creating center of excellences.
5. Experience in managing teams
