Our Forcepoint Business Transformation Systems team is seeking a Senior Manager (Salesforce and Custom Apps) to mentor a team in India to drive career growth, involved in technical leadership areas like GTM applications (Salesforce), Integrations and Database Administration. Additionally, this role will have the opportunity to help guide the business in process development and enhancement and work on future implementation needs. Responsibilities
•
Manage a team of administrators (DBAs and Salesforce Admins) and developers to lead technical design for our Salesforce implementation and associated applications including Salesforce CPQ / CLM & Provisioning integrations with back-end systems
•
Collaborate with our team of architects to ensure our overall design is aligned with our architectural roadmap and center of excellence
•
Work daily with your team, business system analyst, and program managers to execute on project deliverables.
Closely collaborate with business counterparts and recommend technical and process improvements
•
Manage the planning, capacity, and development schedule for all projects
•
Set development processes and expectations that reinforce the commitment to change management, quality, and our software development lifecycle
•
Execute and uphold our agile delivery methodology with transparency for all of our stakeholders
•
Provide best practices and documentation to improve our operational efficiency; objectively measure project team performance and provide guidance to improve
•
Develop and demonstrate new strategies that apply technology to resolve organizational challenges
•
Be part of the creative process with the business stakeholder and our solution architects
•
Lead technical design and contribute toward a scalable architecture for the Business Application team
•
Work cross-functionally with other product management and engineering teams to execute on large scale vision
•
Scale our development efforts and operations through improved processes and automation
Qualifications
•
7+ years of delivering enterprise solutions on the Salesforce, C#, Java using microservices platforms.
•
Deep knowledge of both Salesforce declarative and programmatic development features
•
Domain expertise in Lead to Cash process implementation leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
Experience with developing microservices deployed in public cloud (AWS and GCP)
Experience with SQL and NOSQL databases
•
Prior experience of leading successful implementations related to Service and Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ / CLM and provisioning integrations with backend systems
•
4+ years of managing multiple SCRUM teams in the capacity of an Application Engineering Manager
•
A track record of delivering projects on-time by leveraging your experience in development processes, work estimation, and optimal resource allocation
•
Passionate about scaling teams and growing individuals in their careers
•
Excited to work in a rapidly changing environment
•
Have the ability to manage multiple development teams simultaneously
•
Strong presentation and technical writing skills to effectively communicate with other teams
•
BA/BS/Masters in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or other relevant fields

Design/Strategy: Provide technical guidance to the team on application and integration designs by optimizing the resources and capabilities. Build and enhance core platform functionality on the Salesforce including the way Salesforce interacts with and is leveraged by other key business systems.
Collaboration: You are the leader for helping our business effectively leverage and use of business systems capabilities. Mentor the team members both from technical and professional perspectives
