Establishes structure and governance to maintain alignment and produce accurate and timely reporting at the program level.
Ensures effective integration management throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Provides the mechanism for an effective stakeholder relationship.
Develops, manages, and controls funding plans, program charter, program release, and project plans, and drives the team to make them accountable for an effective value delivery at market speed.
Develops budget and financial plans for programs.
Supports the writing of program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services based on values and priorities.
Manages program and delivery level risks and issues, and supports in mitigation and/or resolution.
Ensures the appropriate use of project management and demand management tools, techniques, processes, and methods.
Supports project teams with a lightweight process framework based on complexity.
Supports the change management strategy, process, and ensures awareness of corrective actions to deliver value plans.
Supports and coaches project leads on enterprise level program and project management standards and best practices.
Sets the agenda, prepares for, and facilitates the program steering committee meetings, and delivers status and health of the program to the steering committee.
Directs the development of the operational support strategy for the program.
Helps identify necessary resources and provides training on tools and techniques.
Ensures engagement across functional teams: IT, Finance, Purchasing, and any regional specific processes.
Ensures security management activities are instituted (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) evidence gathering, Governance Risk Compliance (GRC), and audit support and follow-up).
Leads project(s) within an application portfolio to improve overall operations performance (e.g. 8-D, 6-Sigma), special projects, or management initiatives.
Customer interaction for problem resolution, requirements gathering, and CSI, etc.
Interact with management and peers/subordinates to present technical subjects
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong communications skills to communicate directly with offshore teams, Regional management, and business partners while engaging external IT SME’s/Vendors to resolve production issues.
