The team is structured with a Global FR team and leverages the “Follow-the-Sun” model to proactively monitor systems and conduct Incident triage
Drive operational improvements and get work towards creating automation solution.
Collaborate with Product teams to develop the run book and support FR transition plan for different products.
Maintaining relationships with key IT team stakeholders internally and with Partners and 3rd Party suppliers.
Enable collaboration to create a Vibrant workplace through Digital Worker and Workplace Experience
Proactively identifying and providing solutions for any repeated incidents and issues.
High energy, self-starter with the ability to take responsibility and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Compute Science or related degree
4+ years’ experience in ITO Production Support, L1/L2 Support roles.
2+ years experience in Global Customer support roles
Knowledge in ITIL/ITSM Support processes.
Knowledge on Monitoring Tools – Splunk & Dynatrace
Knowledge in RPA/PEGA, Python Automation, QlikSense.
Excellent communications (oral and written).
Ability to work within a diverse team (cultural, functional, and geographic)
Flexible work schedule to support the various time zones involved.

This position is towards the FR Operations Analyst role in the Enterprise Connectivity space.
Will be part of chennai-based operations and will be responsible for application availability for the product-based IT organizations globally.
Responsibility include to identify and solve complex systemic issues spanning multiple mobility systems and teams as they relate to corporate IT initiatives,
The FR EC Support Analyst will monitor Splunk and Dynatrace tool for first level triage , also engage Product teams on other mobility system issues.
Also the Analyst will take care of operation activities to increase customer satisfaction, reduce incident counts, and reduce production support costs.
Analyst should guide the team to author alert-based Knowledge Articles to facilitate Shift Left support to the First Responder team based in Chennai.
