Diploma/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & telecommunication

Job Description:

  • Research and identify solutions to software issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues of product, Complete Onboarding process.
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
  • Track product issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
  • Remote Support.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
