Job Description
- Working closely with the hiring managers in understanding the requirements and closing the open mandates within the required TAT.
- Working closely with the regional HR-Business Partners and supporting them for Regional hiring.
- Identifying ,evaluating and on-boarding vendor partners and evaluating their performance.
- Maintaining trackers and central database.
- Identifying multiple sources and creating a talent pool for all functions and locations.
- Working on various TA projects
