Technical/Functional Skills

• Experience/Knowledge in the web hosting industry.
• Experience/Knowledge in SSH/Terminal
• Experience/Knowledge with cPanel and Plesk.
• Experience/Knowledge Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Driven to be the best and you have examples to prove it.
• Python, PHP, Mysql, Jenkins, GitHub, Node, etc.. in depth Knowdledge is PLUS.

Roles Responsibilities

• Solve customers hosting/email/server problems (Email/Tickets/Phone)
• Explain/Solve errors of customers websites, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
• Explain how DNS and web design tools work.
• Monitoring of Working with Hosting AI and modify its algorithm if needed.
• Customer Satisfaction is TOP MOST PRIORITY.
• Provide customers with a WOW! experience.

Salary: ₹8,763.56 – ₹15,466.65 per month
