Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience.
Firewall knowledge Firewall configuration, firewall policy configuration, network interface configuration, routing, bridge mode configuration etc.
Networking knowledge In networking TCP/IP, NAT, DNS, DHCP, BGP, ARP, etc.
Advance features configuration IPSec VPN, L2TP VPN, SSL VPN, HA, URL/application filtering, Antispam configuration, IPS, ATP, SSL deep inspect
Troubleshooting Network troubleshooting, firewall troubleshooting, packet capture, telnet, SSH, URL/browsing not accessible etc.

Have to take tickets on their own (as and when ticket comes, without waiting).
Close the ticket as quickly as possible.
Assist their junior engineer when asked to do so.
Take escalated ticket from junior engineers.
Assist customer for their new firewall configuration (online implementation).
Stretching the working hours as and when required.
Before leaving has make sure that all the tickets taken for the day are completed and closed.
Any responsibilities & roles amended will be conveyed to you time-to-time from your head.
Close the ticket as quickly as possible.
