Job Responsibilities
· Understand the job requisition and obtain the necessary skills needed from the Hiring Manager
· Should be excellent in sourcing profiles from various job sites
· Source profiles from job portals, social network sites and other means
· Should be able to identify and submit qualified candidates to the Hiring Managers based on the Job Description provided
· Responsible for screening the candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiating salary, and requisite follow up until the candidate joins
Skills Needed
· A minimum of 5 years experience in hiring candidates in the IT sector
· Should have excellent communication and negotiating skills
· Should have a consistent job record
