Job Responsibilities:

• Managing IT related queries of all branches
• Maintaining voice recording of all clients
• Managing client Odin and mobile app trading related queries
• Managing IPBAX and matrix phone lines
• Managing servers, firewalls and routers
• Starting all servers and maintaining backup
• Creating and handling emails internally

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Networking should be strong
• Knowledge of professional networks
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Basic knowledge of Odin Software
• Experience with handling servers, firewalls and routers
• Professional Degree/Qualification equivalent to B-Tech
