Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:In this role, you will:
Oversee the proper deliver of service through a managed service provider/Vendors and Perform day to day operational functions related to HealthCare Service Desk.
Manage IT desk serviceability
Vendor Management : Relation management , contract negotiation, check SLA, manage vendor metrics along with Business review, provide feedback
Track vendor management performance , business reviews with vendors
Responsible for Vendor management
As Service Desk operation you will Implement industry’s best practices while focusing on productivity, tracking vendors’ performance, SLAs and metrics.
Act as liaison between the Service Desk operation with different set of towers on performance in different set of regions
Manage command center , Services with Communication(interface between vendor and GE HC Service desk to check performance )
Act as liaison between the Service Desk operation and the different Healthcare IT service towers and other support channels (e.g. Command Center, Field Support services, etc) and Provide strong leadership to the HC Managed Service Provider team and hold them accountable for delivering world-class support services to end users.
Provide communication with all partners
Will be responsible for definition of get well plans, continuous improvement program ,best practices and evolution and transformation of own team
Provide feedback to IT service towers about opportunities for improvement, IT services defects and gaps. Engage, leverage, and drive simplified processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 5 plus years of experience

Strong vendor management experience and Service desk operation experience ,Strong Project management skills, Act as liaison between the Service Desk operation and Vendors
Possesses excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
Strong analytical skills: strong problem-solving skills; communicates in a clear and succinct manner
Ability to work independently and direct groups of contractors
