Job Description

As IT Product Manager, you will be responsible for the Design, Implementation, Maintenance, Upgrades and Run of the grid fusion platform and related satellites used across GE Renewable Energy, GE Gas Power and Steam. You will also manage its deployment and help businesses in the configuration of the platform for their purposes.

gridfusion is a generic digital platform that aims at lean and flexible business planning and reporting. Web based data collection solution with version control, change tracking and consolidation functions for helping organizations / departments drive business : Top-Down Target and Op Plan Settings, Bottom-Up Budgeting and Consolidation process, S&OP, Periodic reforecasting, adhoc Data collection (tables and forms), KPI Reporting, Balanced Scorecards, Bowlers, … Its scope of usage goes beyond shopfloor and its generic multidimensional data model allows functional administrators to setup new processes in days without IT.

You will be collaborating with our internal customers to capture product functionalities and enhancements, track issues and maintain the product backlog. You will lead the solution architecture design, eliminate detected vulnerabilities, and maintain an up-dated product without obsolescence. You will lead external suppliers on the design, implementation, and changes on the product by validating each deliverable. You will perform code review to keep the product performant, generic and extensible. You will manage deployment projects, assisting our key users in the setup of the tool, train new administrators and develop the self-service usage of the platform.
