Responsibility:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to join our dynamic team at Geekay Infotech. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the IT Services industry.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing strategic
sales and marketing plans, and building strong relationships with clients.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve individual and team revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand
their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify
opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve
individual and team goals.
Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:10 years (6-7 yrs of Relevant experience) (1 to 2 years of exposure managing a field sales team)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Requirements:
Proven track record of atleast 10 years in sales and marketing, with experience in the IT services industry highly desirable.
Strong understanding of infrastructure services, staff augmentation, managed IT services, and manpower staffing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Proven record of achieving sales targets of 10 crores.
Strong client list and network within the industry.
Experience in managing and leading a sales team effectively.
Good communications & presentation skills. Proven record of achieving sales targets of 3 crores.

Salary: 15- 16 Lakhs Per Annum (Note: Salary package and benefits are subject to negotiation based on qualifications and experience).
