General Datatech Looking for SAP Associate | International IT Soln. Provider |WFO Bellandur at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Customize, format, print, and build responses to Request for Quotes (RFQ) and writing statements of work

· Drive our Account Managers, Presales staff, Legal, Accounting, and Project Management teams as required to include the following:

· Gather project plans, financial documents, scoping documents, etc.

· Work closely with various departments to obtain necessary information for completion of proposals.

· Receive and review incoming or new RFQ response requests

· Ensure an RFQ has been set up properly in C4C

· Attend Pre-Sales meetings as requested

· Arrange and facilitate kick off and response meetings as needed.

· Incorporate incoming responses into the “master” document.

· Communicate updates, outstanding items, and delivery dates.

Qualifications:

· Advanced knowledge of MS Suite of Products.

· Advanced Word Document and Excel Spreadsheet formatting skills required.

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

· Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills required.

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while quickly adjusting to changing priorities.

· Must be able to work well and communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization.

· Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Great attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

· RFPIO software experience

· Bachelor’s degree.

· Contact client as needed.

· Gathering and submitting any GDT questions by due dates.

· Receive and disperse answers to vendor questions to the engaged team.

· Address any issues that arise during the response process.

· Maintain and update monthly reports.

· Other duties and projects as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
