Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Identify, target, and reel-in top talent in key locations Nationally.
· Drive and facilitate all facets of recruiting including the initial research and planning phase, candidate identification/sourcing, assessment, development, and presentation, offer, and close.
· Work closely with key internal partners to gain full understanding of each position and discuss search direction.
· Maintain effective/proactive communication keeping all stakeholders informed and provide a strong consultative approach with hiring manager.
· Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of top talent, companies, and competitive industries, and a strong grasp of industry trends, geographical/social/political climates, and other external factors that impact the talent landscape.
· Take ownership for recruitment related projects as needed.
· Comply with company policy and EEO/ADA guidelines.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
· Minimum five years of full-lifecycle Recruiting experience in a high-volume corporate environment.
· Experience with F&A, Marketing, Procurement, Human Resources, and Technical recruitment.
· Experience recruiting for Cisco, EMC, or HP professional services talent preferred.
· Experience and success in recruiting passive candidates in a hyper-competitive market.
· Minimum two years of experience supporting various corporate lines of business (i.e., IT, Client Services, Professional Services, etc.) preferred.
· Active pipeline of passive candidates and a strong network within the tech industry.
· Exceptional interviewing skills including behavioral and technical screening scenarios.
· Strong consultative approach with a demonstrated ability to develop successful business partner relationships at all levels of an organization.
· Experience in researching, developing, and implementing new candidate sourcing and search methods for both passive and active candidates.
· Resourceful and effective use of search engines, job sites, social networks, etc.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills.
· Polished and professional in appearance and communications.
· Workday experience preferred
