Job Description
1. Good in data structures and algorithms, 2. Strong in Core java, oops concepts, Multithreading, Exception handling, Collections, 3. Strong in Spring boot and its inner working, 4. Design patterns used in core java, and other frameworks like Spring boot, Hibernate, apache kafka, 5. Good and hands-on in writing Sql scripts. 6. Good working knowledge on Docker, Kubernetes, Any cloud environment, CI CD pipelines and Log monitoring solutions. For screening the candidates:
1. Check if the candidate has very good communications skills
2. Check if the candidate has working knowledge on the tech stack mentioned in JD
3. Candidate should be able to write code for any DS Algo round or any Low level problem
4. Knowledge and hands on experience on cloud environment.
