Position Requirements:
Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience: 1 to 6 Yrs
CTC: As per company norms.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle for all level positions.
2. Headhunting & Networking with candidates to generate more leads from them.
3. Employing different strategies for recruitment of various companies.
4. Judge the candidate’s suitability, before forwarding to the Business.
5. Networking with candidates to generate more leads from them.
6. Map the market for availability of resources.
7. Responsible for candidates joining.
8. Drafting job posting on the portals
9. Responsible for revenue generation and closure of vacancies.
10. Develop sourcing strategies for bulk and Volume hiring
11. Coordinating interview, follow up with clients and candidates entering all activities in database in a timely manner.
12. Ability to negotiate rates/salaries, present and sell candidates within their business areas, whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology.
E. Skills/Abilities:
Good Communication and Observation Skills.
1. Demonstrated ability to relate well to, and understand the needs and interests of, prospective clients in order to develop relationship.
2. Demonstrated success in sales and the ability to successfully manage existing business and development of new business.
3. Ability to participate in all aspects of the business development cycle.
4. Ability to analyze, manage and organize tough projects.
5. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills required.
6. Excellent Team player and Positive outlook.
