Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Cyber Security Assurance
This role will serve as the primary point of contact and provide information security contracts management related leadership direction to building client trust through contract review, negotiations, discussions.
This role will serve the senior position in global Information Security team as part of contracts management from information security perspective, providing safeguard to Genpact from contractual obligations by performing redline to contractual documents, negotiating contracts with client and leading discussions to contract signing.
. Must be able to independently manage and negotiate contracts from information security standpoint
. Must be able to conduct contract reviews and negotiations as part of information security due diligence
. Must have exposure to and ability to understand different contractual documents like MSA, NDA, SOWs, Security Exhibits etc.
. Must understand the contract language and associated legal technicalities
. Must be able to suggest alternate contractual terms to address concerns of the third party while maintaining adequate the information security protections for Genpact
. Must be able to lead escalation of deviations from Genpact%27s standard information security material terms to senior information security and business leaders
. Good understanding of information security domain, tools, and technology
. Must have experience in National/International Customer Front ending
. Good to have knowledge on national/international laws, regulations, compliance requirements (specially for regions like India, UK, USA, and Australia) with good knowledge for allied domains like Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection Laws, Business Continuity Management, Vendor Risk Management etc.
. Have ability to Identify and address any gaps between existing processes and new requirements
. Ability to make an impact, influence and achieve results with effective negotiation, problem-solving approach, and communication skills
. Ability to respond to immediate and urgent requests while sometimes juggling conflicting priorities
. Understanding of industry and regulatory governing bodies standards such as PCI-DSS, SOX, ISO 27001:2013, iCert-IN etc.
. Strong interpersonal, facilitation skills, flexible and good team player
. Good judgment ability to determine which issues to escalate vs. to resolve independently and provide suggestions for possible resolution
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and documentation skills
. Good time management and multitasking skills
. Establish, follow, and administer processes for receiving, tracking, reporting on, and resolving requests
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
. Relevant Law degree LLB/LLM.
. Relevant years of experience in contract management domain and experience out of total experience in service industry
. Security certifications like Diploma in Cyber Law, CISSP, CCSP, CISA / CISM or equivalent are an added advantage.
. Should have familiarity with security standards, and should have experience with ISO 27001/2, PCI DSS, SSAE16, NIST/FedRAMP, etc.
. Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (threats, vulnerabilities, risk, confidentiality, integrity, availability, cryptography, network/application security, web security, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
– Strong Document Management skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
– Sound knowledge of Risk management with an ability to talk to process owners, identify potential risks within organizational context, and work with stakeholders in recommending and implementing mitigating controls
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to interact with senior stakeholders as well as other functions across a global organization
– Ability to interact and work with client stakeholders in communicating and understanding specific requirements. Be the primary contact for contract review.
– Ability to make an impact, influence and achieve results with effective negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
– Strong facilitation skills with an ability to respond to immediate and urgent requests while juggling conflicting priorities. Should be able to work in high pressure environment when required.
– Must be Self-driven and experienced at handling cultural diversity.
