Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Recruitment IT projects – (Taleo, Avature, SaaS)
Responsibilities

. Manager profile with functional and technical knowledge having 10+ years with hands-on experience on Taleo, Avature and other SaaS IT platforms in recruitment space.

. Work as a Techno functional consultant for Taleo/Avature and recruitment and leads Support configuration, Integration, reporting and delivers enhancement and small project

. Translate high level / complex business requirements into technical solutions and works them to completion

. Track tickets, issues, problems by working closely with Product Vendors, Business Teams and ensures their logical closure by following the ITIL support process.

. Deliver data extracts based on adhoc requests

. Proactively analyze and identify the risks, issues that may arise from new releases, patches, upgrades, co-ordinate with internal teams/product vendors and ensure upgrade work completely without issues

. Ensure the system maintains compliance with policies and procedures, including SOX, PCI, and data retention

. Candidate should have with a proven design, planning and implementation experience with recruitment technologies such as Taleo recruiting & Onboarding /Avature.

. Experience in delivering projects for various customers (Indian & Global) based on IT recruitment technologies such as Taleo & Avature

. Candidate should be able to work & manage integrations with multiple product/tools environment.

. Experience in integration with Third party applications such as BCG, Assessments, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) and knowledge on Oracle Integration cloud (OIC), Rest API, SOA and SOAP, Python and web services would be preferred.

. Candidate should be well versed with various project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum etc.

. Should have excellent capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness

. Developing project scopes and objectives, cost plans, schedules involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

. Perform frequent risk management to minimize project risks & escalate to relevant stakeholders.

. Excellent client-facing and communication skills – verbal & written.

. This role will be actively working on supporting existing integrations as well as solution design and implementation aspects of projects, ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

. This role involves working closely with the business team and program manager to understand the business expectations.

. This role should be able to Identify business requirements and map them to solution architecture in integrations and should suggest best method for handling integrations for change request as well as new projects.

. Should have willingness to learn, good problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualification

. Years of experience in Taleo/Avature Techno functional skills

. Plus, years of ITIL support process for ticket, issues, problem, and knowledge management

. Good years in OBIEE, TCC, Security, Third party Integration experience with web services

. Experience in Project Management
