Your Role
Our ideal candidate will be able to help support the business with optimal HCM solutions in Workday. The candidate will be driving the planning and execution of Workday projects apart from managing the day to day needs of the team. Candidates should be well organized, thoughtful and service oriented. In addition, candidates should be able to take ownership of tasks and exhibit a high level of initiative and follow-through in a dynamic environment in support of the HRIS team and partners world-wide.
What You will Do
Be the Functional lead for HRIS team members and support the team in planning, executing and supporting Workday projects
Lead Global Absence Management implementation and support
Configuration of Workday HCM, business process framework, security and reporting.
Lead workstreams for single module deployments in Workday HCM (such as Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Advanced Comp, Third Party Payroll)
Lead and or participate in optimization projects to help business users realize the full potential of Workday
Partner with Integration resources to establish and support new or existing integrations with Workday
Involve in gathering requirements, developing solutions, integrating cross-functional system solutions, analysing and reporting on data
Identify, recommend, and track opportunities for process and operational improvements including the Workday Upgrades twice a year
Coordinate training, procedural documentation and collaboration with various departments and users when needed
Support and train new users and provide excellent customer service
Create and track project plans based upon understanding of tasks and milestones and prioritize competing business priorities with an ability to meet tight deadlines
Effectively communicate, consult and collaborate with global partners
Manage stakeholder expectations with Workday’s capabilities and limitations as well as delivery of projects
Continuously increase technical and industry trend knowledge by participating in Workday Community and other forums, including on-line discussions, brainstorms, voting, training, webinars etc.
Your Qualifications
8+ years of overall experience with 6+ years as Workday Functional Analyst
2+ years leading a HRIS team
Bachelors Degree is a must and Masters degree preferred
Multiple implementations in Absence Management a must
Significant experience in configuring Workday HCM modules (Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Advanced Comp, Third Party Payroll), business process framework, security and reporting
Workday Integrations experience a must or a huge plus?
High level of data management and analysis skills with reporting capabilities
Ability to create and track Project Management plans with attention to detail
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, high-level organizational skills with excellent customer service capability.
