Job description: IT SALES EXECUTIVE
Our Client, a diversified business with interests in IT products and Services, Rural Marketing, BTL
Activations, Experiential Marketing, Digital Media & Marketing , is looking for an “ IT Sales Executive”, preferably women candidates, to join their growing team in western suburbs at Mumbai.
Responsibilities of “IT Sales Executive” include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this position is excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone.
Responsibilities and duties
1. Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client. Determining a client’s business requirements.
2. Under guidance, the IT Sales Executive is expected to Identify and develop new business through networking and prospecting techniques.
3. Engage in cold-calling to create interest in company products and services, generate new business leads and arrange customer meetings
4. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
5. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
6. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
7. Software sales is a career in which sales professionals help clients identify their technology needs and match them with a software solution that best solves their problems and fulfills their needs.
8. Understanding customers’ needs and their pain point accordingly providing them with the proper solution and services.
9. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
10. Assist in gathering data for Negotiate/closing the deals
11. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
12. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Qualifications and Skills
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management or related field e.g, Graduate / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / IT / Software / BE / Computer Science / Electrical
Engineering / Diploma
2. Two (2+) years’ experience in a Software sales or in information technology Industry is desirable though not a “must requirement”.
3. Hands-on experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.
4. ‘Outsides Sales’ experience is a MUST REQUIREMENT though.
5. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
6. Proficiency in English
7. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
8. Fast learner and passion for sales
9. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
10. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
SALARY : approx. ₹35 K /month i.e. ₹4.2 Lakhs/ annum
LOCATION: Malad ( west), Mumbai
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
