Gi Group Looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist (NON IT) at Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with TA Recruiters to deeply understand requirements, key competencies, and cultural fit and, in turn, determine effective ways to build talent pipelines
• Develop talent pipeline through referral generation, leveraging external professional networks and alternative search techniques to target, attract, and develop passive candidates
• Consistently meet or exceed established sourcing and recruiting metrics and goals around candidate generation, interview activity, and ultimately agency fee mitigation
• Manage relationships with the hiring managers in a high-touch recruiting environment; build credibility via seamless execution of search mandates, rigorous attention to detail, and expert advisement around talent acquisition best practices and candidate selection
• Manage high volume search workload via direct sourcing, and search partner relationships, as well as ongoing pipelining.
• Sourcing & Screening relevant Candidates as per the requirement through Media – Job portals, networking, head hunting.
• Scheduling Interviews and Follow ups with candidates.
• Creation of accurate CIDs in the system
• Conduct market intel/ research, Competitor intelligence for new skills, demands
• Maximize candidate experience \
• Work closely with colleagues on the recruiting team to institutionalize consistent and efficient recruiting processes / service levels across all search mandates
• Maintain all relevant information in system to provide transparency to the Human Capital team and others, while also ensuring integrity of reporting data
• Manage and initiate reference checks, background checks, and onboarding process for any pending new hiresStart Time:

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
