IT Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Recruiter for our India Operations. We plan to outsource all of our Marketing work to India for our group of companies. You will be closely working with the Operations Manager and HR who are in Canada to build and promote the brand “GLEN”. You will be responsible to hire a Team to achieve the marketing goals in India.

To be a successful Technical Recruiter, you are responsible to meet hiring goals by filling IT/ Tech & Non-IT open positions with talented and qualified candidates. … This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. We are looking for a deadline-focused and hard-working Technical Recruiter who has good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

– Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

– Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

– Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

– Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate portals

– Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.

– Screen candidates resumes and job applications

– Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates

– Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

– Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

– Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

– Act as a point of contact between the Management and employee and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

– Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work

Skills Required

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies
• 2+ years of professional experience in recruitment and selection of IT profiles (mandatory)
• College degree in Human Resources, Management, or other related areas
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications/ Social Media Platforms
• Knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems
• Good communication and negotiation skills
