Responsible for the overall delivery of all Technical work for the Oracle ERP Cloud and E-Business Suite Applications.
Approves Integration strategies, Data migration strategies, reporting Strategies and oversees the implementation of those strategies(from a technical perspective in regards to the Financial Applications)
Leads and develops a highly technical team supporting application system development, production support and testing on a day-to-day basis.
Manages work and projects on a day-to-day basis for a Financial Systems Technical team supporting Oracle Cloud and E-Business Suite Applications. Tracks and acts upon work progress.
Reviews and approves the technical work of members of the team. May manage work undertaken by contractors or third parties
Provides input into Divisional plans and budgets. Manages resource allocation within the Financial Systems technical team on a day-to-day basis.
Understands client’s current needs. Communicates with other technical and business teams on day-to-day work and project delivery. Works to support and develop positive relationships between teams. May represent the team on client calls, translating technical explanations and resolutions into business terms.
Works within established compliance and governance procedures. Supports team members with compliance issues. Ensures that application development and production support processes and practices are compliant with corporate, Vendor and regulatory standards (both domestic and international) including but not limited to SSO,SAML,OAUTH, SDLC,SOX…
Ensures versioning control of developed solutions.
Ensure Quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations.
Supports a continuous improvement mindset. Manages recommendations for improvements and encourages the team to do likewise.
Provide technical guidance in regards to the Oracle Financial Applications to Global Payments.
Responsible for our production infrastructure, including servers and services which support our growing Application footprint.
Acts as SME for Oracle cloud and an escalation path for technical issues.
