Perform regular installations and updates for IT hardware and software systems.
Provide support for Desktop/Laptop/Tablet/Printer/Scanner/Copier/Internet/ Network/Server/ Firewall/ Wifi through remote for the smooth functioning of IT systems.
Upgrade and maintain computer anti-virus and patches on the network to ensure data security and protection.
Maintaining Backups
Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
Install and troubleshoot for applications like G-Suite, WHM, cPanel Chrome, Internet Explorer, Win OS, Adobe and other hardware and software applications.
Manage administration of user accounts including email, remote access, etc.
Perform Server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly
Managing WHM, cPanel and G-Suite Setups
Setting-up and upgrading computer systems for end users.
Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
Provide end user application training as needed.
Identify and resolve technical issues to reduce downtime.
Provide IT support and service to end users.
Monitoring system performance.
Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups
Ensure all IT systems are working efficiently and optimally.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Setting up accounts for new users in cPanel and G-Suite
Handling complex customer scenarios, documenting solutions, and effectively providing dependable and timely resolution to all technical issues experienced by users.
Providing remote Infrastructure support delivery and performing problem cause analysis
Collaborating with fellow support colleagues and other internal stakeholders to provide superior customer service
Provide timely resolution for High priority issues and capture customer feedback to influence process improvements.
Anticipating customer needs and effectively addressing concerns related to their issue or resolution.
Providing technical support across the company.
Experience is Ticketing tool ie, JIRA or Datadog, service now
Experience in SFTP or FTP

Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Support & Administration
Should be able to draft professional emails
Should be able to speak fluently in English

Experience to utilize available time efficiently in order to achieve effective and efficient results

Ability to identify hardware parts and aware of hardware concepts
Good Experience in Operating Systems Win Client/Server, Networking, Firewall, Wifi etc.
Questioning skills /probing skills, as relevant to the issue and level of the caller.
Ability to empathize and work with customers in real-time to resolve issues.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
