3. Market Mapping, Market Development, Channel Development and Expansion

Job Description:
1. Achieving Top line (Desired Sales) at target realization ESPS and Regional ROCE (Return on Capital Employed)
2. Forecasting business plan (top line and channel reach) market wise
3. Ensuring Working capital management (Stocks and Outstanding)
4. Ensuring liquidity of ageing inventory, Control and manage Damage stock 5. Achieving reach objectives by Appointment and Development of Distribution network (distributors, dealers and retailers).
6. Achieving and maintaining Market share and Good will in the market, sharing of market information with Head Office marketing
7. Defending brand identity by maintaining commercial discipline in sales and service
8. Ensuring proper sales mix of products through focused activities for each of the product categories .
9. Working on New Channel initiatives – Establishing and managing presence in IT Partners through the distributors in all the main markets and constantly evaluate the geo coverage of the distributors
10. Maintaining display hygiene, working with Trade marketing manager for Local activations and driving sales through it. Developing Key Retail counters in market –
11. Managing Distributors sales representatives effectively to achieve regular secondary and tertiary sales, appoint new counters and maintain display hygiene
12. Developing sales team for professional development to achieve organizational objectives
13. Conduct Quarterly business reviews with the distributors
REQUISITE QUALIFICATION
Essential: Graduate in any discipline
