Job title: Hardware Network Engineer

Work Location: Ahmedabad (Adani Shantigram)

Division/Department: Information Technology (IT)

Reports to: Manager- IT

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform hardware installation, configuration, and testing to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with network architects and engineers to develop network designs that meet the organization’s requirements and standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of network hardware to ensure security and performance enhancements.
• Troubleshoot hardware-related issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize network downtime.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential hardware-related problems or bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary network hardware components and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network hardware configurations, diagrams, and procedures.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Hardware Network Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.
• In-depth knowledge of network hardware components, including routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and associated technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.

Work Experience Requirements: 1-3 Years in the Relevant Field

Physical Requirements:

• Age – Young Energetic Individual with age less than 30 Years. (Exception permitted).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
