RESPONSIBILITIES
· Training new joiners on full-stack development from both aspects on technical & soft skills
· Create lesson plans/curriculum for imparting and improving Basic IT knowledge of the students
· Take regular classes as assigned by the Head of the Academic or any Industry expert
· Track student progress and give them feedback
· Create and conduct assessments
· Mentor and handhold the candidates to deploy them on live projects
· Mentor the candidates to perform all program-related tasks with accuracy and adherence to timelines and their continued development to create a WOW!
· Collaborate with the team to update and standardize the program content, as and when required
· Conduct general troubleshooting to identify and resolve general problems and help the candidates
· Install software, maintain and introduce training as and when required
· Coordinate with the internal staff in regards to their need to maintain and secure password, file system security and data integrity for desktop environments
· Periodic reporting of metrics – prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to be shared with the leadership and development team
· Support team members and team leads with all program-related tasks, ensure task completion as per timelines with accuracy
· Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.
· Assist and mentor candidates for their placements and personality development
· Be a part of the counselling session of the candidates visiting to the centre
· Assess and evaluate the eligibility test and machine test of the candidates
REQUIREMENTS
· Excellent communication, Strong teaching and mentoring in induction experience
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate well
· Self-motivated, driven, with a can-do, problem-solving attitude
· Curious in nature with a lively, broad-ranging intellect
· Passionate about technology and training delivery/Ready to grow
· Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail
· Willingness to learn with a flexible approach
· Ability to get hands-on when the trainee faces any challenges
· Having knowledge of software development is an advantage
Experience Required

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
