Growfitter Private Limited Looking for Technical Support Intern at Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

  • Resolve customers’ queries through various platforms.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and diagnosing and correcting faults.
  • Coordinate with customer support and the QA team to provide accurate and timely resolving of problems.
  • Work on customer onboarding, training, and renewals reminder.
  • Debug the issue first at their level and if it requires developer involvement then escalate it to them.
  • Resolve the ticket/incident in predefined time/SLA

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: ₹5,000.00 per month

Education:
