3-year Diploma / Bachelor’s in computer science / Information technology / Electronics and communication Engineering passed out in year 2020 / 2021
Excellent communication skills, with neutral accent.
Excellent written communication skills with email etiquettes.
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent customer service skill
Ready to work in rotational shifts covering 24/7 support
Preferrable to have MS Windows 10 Certification/hardware networking certifications like CompTIA A+
Preferrable to have ITIL V3 / V4 foundation certification or completed training.
Qualifications:
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
