H N Enterprise Looking for HR & IT Recruitment Executive – Female Candidates Only at Surat, Gujarat Full Time

• Selected Employee’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Recruiting and Hiring interns/employees whenever required, keeping in contact with all the applicants

• Searching for new resources to hire and manage interns/employees

• Handling end-to-end recruitment life cycle

• Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Follow-ups.

• Data mining through job portals & other sources.

• Hands-on experience on various job portals like Naukri, indeed, Linked-In, etc.

• Preliminary screening/ shortlisting of candidates through telecom/ personal meeting.

• Ensuring BGV (Background verification), documentations, negotiation on salary, notice period, offer approvals, rolling out Offer Letters

• Handling joining, on-boarding, and induction.

• Payroll: Handling payroll of the staff. Also handling exit interviews and Full and Final settlements.

• Focus on Employee Engagement – Fun Connect

• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
