• Determine the IT needs of an organization and implementing computer systems to fulfill the organization’s information system requirement
• Install, configure, and support Windows servers utilized in the IT infrastructure
• Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures and maintain control records.
• Analyze equipment performance records to determine the need for repair or replacement
• Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records
• Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel to facilitate purchases
• Assisting users with their queries remotely via MS Teams, Zoom or via remote control tools
• Install / support computer system, printer, and internet issues
• Manage team and the assets including computer systems, mobile phones and other IT devices etc.

Desire Candidate:

• B.tech (CSE/IT) or a related field or equivalent experience
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, network, security, network and system administration, data storage and phone systems
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month
