Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling NON Tech requirements
• Must have experience of Startup Hiring
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Sourcing from Job Portals & Making job postings on the Job Portal.

• Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites like Linkedin, Google Groups etc..

• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

• Responsible for sourcing candidates via the following methods: cold calling, networking, internal resume database, Internet resume banks, the general Internet, etc.
• Meet daily/weekly/ monthly/ quarterly production goals and revenue targets as set by management team.

• Must be a results-oriented self-starter with ability to meet deadlines.

• Must be comfortable for 6 days working environment & ready to commute to office

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have B2C / startup company experience.

Immediate joiner prefer

Minimum 2 to 3 yr. of experience
