Solutions Architect at Hevo are at the nexus of opportunity and execution, both for our customers and for Hevo.
We are looking for exceptional Solutions Architect (Presales) to join our growing team. In concert with Sales Team, you will play a critical role in deciphering complex application architectures and, own the architecture alignment with the customer during the pre-sales lifecycle. While being primarily pre-sales focused, you will also act as a customers trusted advisor throughout the sales process into Launch. This will allow you to optimize our pre-sales and post-sales efforts into one cohesive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Be a subject matter expert on Hevo’s Data Integration Platform
Evangelize with the ability to discover and demonstrate how Hevo data can effectively help companies with their data automation needs across a broad set of industries
Partner with the account team by leading the architecture vision alignment of enterprise customers to Hevo’s product and ETL approach.
Effectively communicate at various levels of our customers’ organizations to articulate solution capabilities and value proposition
Own the discovery and qualification of Hevo’s technical compatibility with prospects and provide consultative guidance on technical deal strategy.
Seek ways to optimize the technical sales process and build efficiency across Sales and Customer Experience teams.
Provide direction/feedback on customer needs to product development teams.
Develop content such as presentations, demos, white papers, best practices, architecture patterns for use by both customers and to enable our extended team.
What will set you up for success
Relevant Professional Experience: 6+ years of relevant Solutions Engineering experience required.
Experience and acumen in multiple areas of modern technology and the modern data stack.
6+ years of experience working in customer-facing technical roles.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform – AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with at least one of the cloud data-warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery etc.
Experience with ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, AWS Glue, etc.
Familiarity with industry-standard ETL practices and concepts.
Solution mindset: You are motivated by devising solutions to complex sets of customer requirements that lead to winning the deal.
Excellent communication skills: You can relate complicated concepts to non-technical people while maintaining the ability to speak credibly to highly technical people.
Clear track record of exceeding goals and targets.
Obsessed with making customers successful and helping deliver value through technology
Experience working with / selling to Data Engineering and Analytics teams.
Keen analytical and problem-solving skills
Curiosity to learn and assimilate technical information quickly, enthusiasm to share and teach others
