Handling the End -to-End life cycle of Recruitment from Sourcing to joining for all Level
End to end recruitment process by using various methods (Naukri, LinkedIn) and network with potential candidates
Understanding the Job Description shared by the client, Screening, Shortlist resumes, corresponding with Candidates, Scheduling Interview, Follow-up.
Able to handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
Sourcing Resumes for the same Internal Database, Personal Contacts Job Portals References etc
Desired Candidate Profile
Looking for min. 1+ years of experience in IT / Non IT Recruitment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have worked in Hr recruitment domain and working experience in handling job portal
Target oriented
Good Team Player
