Hiranandani Financial Services Looking for Senior IT Infrastructure Manager – Powai at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Full Time

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in overseeing Network and Firewall management, Cloud Data Center administration, and implementation of Information Security tools, including MDM (Mobile Device Management), ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access), and Email Gateway. Additionally, the IT Manager will be accountable for server administration and demonstrate proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems.

Job Responsibilities :

• Network and Firewall Management:

a. Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.

b. Configure and manage network devices, switches, routers, and firewalls to maintain a secure and efficient network environment.

c. Monitor network traffic and proactively address potential vulnerabilities and issues.

• Cloud Data Centre Administration:

a. Oversee the management and administration of the organization’s cloud-based data centre infrastructure.

b. Implement robust security measures and data backup strategies within the cloud environment.

• Server Administration:

a. Manage and maintain both physical and virtual servers, ensuring their optimal performance and availability.

b. Conduct regular server maintenance, updates, and patch management to prevent system vulnerabilities and ensure smooth operations.

• Information Security Tools:

a. Implement and manage Information Security tools, such as MDM, DLP, SSO, ZTNA, SIEM to enforce security policies and safeguard sensitive data.

b. Utilize technology available in the market to enhance network security and protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.

c. Manage and configure the Email Gateway to prevent email-based threats and ensure a secure email communication environment.

d. Investigate and respond to security incidents, ensuring a proactive approach to threat detection.

• ITIL Practices:

a. Apply ITIL best practices to streamline IT service management processes and ensure effective incident, problem, and change management.

b. Implement ITIL-based service improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Windows and Linux Troubleshooting:

a. Possess advanced troubleshooting skills for both Windows and Linux operating systems.

b. Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to OS performance, applications, and system stability.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an IT Manager in IT infrastructure management.
3. Strong knowledge of Network and Firewall administration, Cloud Data Center management, and Information Security tools with Extensive experience in Network, Security & server administration.
4. Familiarity with ITIL best practices and their application in IT service management.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Industry certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus.
