We are seeking a talented and motivated Domestic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Domestic IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill IT positions within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Review and analyze resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific IT roles.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and professional networks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and verify employment history and educational qualifications of candidates.
Assist in negotiating offers and employment terms with selected candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes to ensure effective and competitive recruitment practices.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a domestic (local) hiring environment.
Sound knowledge of IT job roles, technologies, and terminologies.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and selecting qualified IT candidates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates’ technical skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
