We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and manage a significant project based in Al Qassim. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating project activities, ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Business Management and Project Management Office (PMO) practices, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Execute projects according to the established plans, ensuring milestones are achieved and project objectives are met.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional project teams. Delegate tasks, provide clear direction, and encourage teamwork to achieve project success.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, issues, and roadblocks that may impact project timelines and outcomes. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of these risks.
Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives. Ensure their expectations are managed, and their input is valued throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Implement and adhere to best practices, quality standards, and PMO guidelines. Monitor project progress, ensuring that deliverables meet the established quality criteria.
Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and team members. Present project status reports and performance metrics, facilitating transparency and informed decision-making.
Change Management: Effectively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and resources. Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders and adjust project plans as needed.
Budget Oversight: Monitor project expenditures, track costs, and manage the project budget effectively. Identify budget deviations and take corrective actions when necessary.
Closure and Evaluation: Lead project closure activities, including finalizing project documentation, conducting post-project reviews, and capturing lessons learned for future projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven 8-10 years of experience in project management roles, with a focus on Business Management and PMO practices.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams and drive project success.
Proficient problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Experience in projects located in Al Qassim or similar environments is advantageous.
