Job Description
As the Talent Acquisition Partner,you have ownership (together with the hiring manager) over the current recruitment needs of the organization. You are responsible for presenting high quality candidates to the hiring managers within a reasonable time frame, ensuring they have been properly evaluated and screened before introducing them.You manage the administrative side of recruitment end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy and correct reporting related to your activitiesYou are the contact point of the candidates and you ensure they have the best possible experience throughout the whole recruitment processWhenever possible you participate in projects aimed at developing the recruitment organization
As the Talent Acquisition Partner,you deliver on the areas you have ownership for by living our values every day and primarily through collaboration and teamwork. You directly partner with the leaders of the business you are responsible for to be able to identify short- and long-term needs of each specific organization as well as team strengths, and plan your work accordingly.You also work closely with the rest of the recruitment team dealing with the current openings and ensure a healthy collaboration and sharing of information, to optimize the workflows.You put candidate relations at the centre of your work, always having in mind their perspective when planning your actions and communication approaches.You think and act according to the situation, making sure the best business outcome is always the key driver of your decisions.You act with high levels of professionalism at all times while at the same time behaving as an ambassador of H&M values towards everyone you engage with.
Qualifications
Have at least 10 and a maximum of 15 years’ of experience. Preferably from Apparel & Non-Apparel organisations.
Broader HR experience as a HR generalist will be an added advantage
Can provide an exceptional candidate experience
Have good understanding in the Indian recruitment market
Are self-driven in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take own initiatives
Have a data driven approach to hiring and reporting (have excellent skills in data representation and analytics)
Have the ability to continuously improve the way we discover and hire talents
Act and communicate professional as an ambassador for H&M values and our EVP
Have a flexible mind-set
Have excellent communication and coaching skills
