Job Description

Project Manager – Academics

• Should be able to monitor Studios, Staff Workload and productivity of the entire team and get things done on time
• Design, plan and monitor the entire academics project from allocating the resources till the successful completion of the entire syllabus such as State/CBSE/NEET/JEE within the deadline
• Report to COO regularly about planning, implementation, and reports of works and duties
• Coordinate with section head in planning courses, syllabus, and classes
• Coordinate with RH-Academics for the smooth running of programs
• Coordinate with Production Manager media for creating final videos to upload in the application as well as social media platforms
• Coordinate with the Design wing to ensure proper posts are being shared in SM platforms
• Coordinate, plan and execute new strategies in sales and marketing in association with the marketing wing, for revenue generation
• Implementation, planning and scheduling, along with section head, for recorded classes for platform/HomeSkul app, within deadlines
• Coordinating and arranging partnerships with schools / educational centres to promote on-campus coaching programs
• Setting up offline coaching campuses at apt locations and planning the marketing and building business at the centres
• Develop unique and interactive educational programs and courses for students in association with the COO
• Schedule regular meetings with section staffs and faculty staffs in association with RHA and SH
• Planning and executing in-school programs for entrance coaching, foundation courses, bridge courses or courses as designed and developed from time to time
• Undertake individual tasks of academic works-plan as assigned
• Coordinate with other Academic Section Heads in sharing faculty and other educational and instructional ideas
• Oversee the functioning and management of the Academic division
• Coordinate and arrange top of the line faculties for Live and Recorded classes
• Research and Purchase of the best study materials from vendors, for self-branding
• Responsible for material research, material compilation and preparation of syllabus, planning courses etc
• Undertake individual tasks of academic
• Take responsibility for overseeing all the aspects of the development of design, construction and programming of the software
• Coordinate and Collaborate with the team members overseeing the timely and profitable completion of a project and determining the best practices and requirements for the software
• Coordinate with the Technical team, Academic team and clients for the overall development and implementation of the project
• Overseeing and approval of all final programs and products before the formal launch
• Oversee and support the coaching and training of team members to ensure all necessary employees are confident in the use of software applications
• Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
• Prepare an easy to understand report for supervisors detailing achieved milestones and short-term project goals
• Use a proactive approach to common challenges and by continually researching best practices in coding
• Ensure software security by developing programs to actively monitor the sharing of private information
• Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace
• Analyse current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve
• Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
• Work closely with Information Technology professionals within the company to ensure the hardware is available for projects and works properly
• Propose and establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments
• Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
• Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor the progress of the initiative
• Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
• Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹75,000.00 per month
