Hostinger International Looking for IT Customer Success Specialist – Remote (Web hosting) at Pune, Maharashtra Full Time

You’re in the right place. We are looking for an experienced Web Hosting Specialist to join our Customer Success Team!
We are a strong team of web hosting industry professionals who will motivate you to learn and be curious. The position will provide numerous Rubik’s cube-worthy technical problems and the satisfaction of helping clients scale in the online environment.

What you will do:

• Communicate with Customers and solve their technical issues via live chat and email;
• Provide a red carpet Customer service experience to our Customers;
• Focus on the Customer’s success by offering additional services, tools, and products;
• Dive deep into the world of IT by continuous polishing of your technical background;
• Deliver impactful work on a company scale.

What we expect:

• Clear written English communication (C1 or Native);
• Minimum 1 year of troubleshooting experience in the Web Hosting field;
• Knowledge in topics of billings, domains, DNS, emails, cPanel/WHM, various TLD issues, and how to fix them;
• Strong interpersonal skills such as proactiveness and empathy;
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (5 days a week) in rotating shifts (including nights, and weekends);
• Ability to boost the internet speed up to 50 Mbps;
• A computer with the following parameters: processor – Intel i5 or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, RAM: 8 GB or higher.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹500.00 – ₹700.00 per month
