Responsibilities:
Work closely with business representatives, Centre of Excellence (CoE) and external colleagues to design and build high quality and long-standing business driven solutions
Develop solution options, recommendations, designs based on domain roadmaps/requirements following API first model, enterprise security standards and reference architectures
Engage, collaborate, and partner with various functional leaders, technical leaders, and executive partners globally
Provide technology mentorship and insight to various business & technology Domain leaders
Ensure architecture alignment across domains and enabling functions (verticals and horizontals)
Gain acceptance of solution & ensure decisions are made and deviations from standards are properly identified, addressed/documented.
Provide expert technical advice to domain delivery team and monitor solution compliance with HP’s architecture principles.
Effectively collaborate with onshore or offshore team for delivering solutions.
Develop Enterprise Solution Architecture patterns
Advocate and drive adoption of “standard methodologies” to ensure standardization of solution designs across the enterprise
Monitor IT trends identify new capabilities, conduct proof of concepts, and evolve architecture standards
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 12+ years of discrete, repetitive, additive manufacturing industry and/or consulting experience.
Must have in depth knowledge of production processes: Scheduling, Production & Logistics execution processes including MES and EWM integration.
Experience architecting shop floor solutions with SAP CAMS/ME/MII/PCo.
Knowledge of integration points of SAP or Non-SAP MES to other SAP components like PP, MM, FI, CO, QM , EWM, etc.
Knowledge of SAP Production Planning, Production master data, MRP process and Shop floor order creation and tracking and high level understanding of PP, QM, MM/IM, PS
Experienced architecting typical MES systems using appropriate Standards, ISA95 and B2MML
Knowledge of shop-floor systems, including Automation Control Systems, SCADA and Historians integration
Experience with governance, controls, process and procedures, centers of competency, change management, conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization and stewardship, information integrity and compliance, and data quality management.
Ability to identify, clarify and resolve project issues and risks as needed.
Good analytical problem solving and fact-finding skills.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Strong relationship building skills, internally within IT and with business users.
Ability to manage time and resources efficiently and effectively.
Ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Background in Consumer Products industry is preferred.
Multiple prior SAP S/4HANA deployment life cycles
Certification in SAP Manufacturing modules is preferred
Knowledge of Agile and ITIL ways of working principles
Industry compliance such as GMP, GxP, FDA
