A fast growing Engineering Solutions company with a strong client base in the US and Europe is looking for a young, ambitious go-getter to start as Sales Manager. The position is responsible for revenue generation and team management. Travel to US and Europe will be required. The position will report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Job Description:
“Hunt” new customers and achieve revenue sales targets

Manage the sales team

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base in the US and European markets

Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Key Skills:
Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Good oral and written communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Should possess strong results-orientation, self-motivation and high energy

Travel will be required

Must be an Engineering Graduate with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)

Candidate must have minimum 8 years relevant experience – Exposure to the US and/or European Markets

Position is Chennai based. Remote working is possible with weekly office visits.
