A Manager will have a minimum of four years’ experience in concept selling in any industry preferably media or PR and will be expected to meet revenue targets and work on a portfolio of clients. In addition to being a client leader, a manager is expected to provide on-the-job training for junior team members through ongoing counsel and effective delegation. A Manager plays the role of team representative to both clients and senior management and is ultimately responsible for delivering quality deliverables on time and within budget.
Requirements
At least 3- 4+ years of sales experience in media/service industry
A positive “do whatever it takes” and “all hands-on deck” attitude
The ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently
High level of attention to detail The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs
Excellent communication skills and the ability to network to build your business
