We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end release ceremonies, such as Scope Evaluation, Go/No Go, retrospectives.
• Own and maintain complex release calendars across several cross functional teams.
• Communicate upcoming technical releases in a clear and digestible format to stakeholders.
• Establish and adhere to governance processes and systems to ensure effective and efficient releases across the release lifecycle.
• Work with Agile Delivery teams to review status, risks, dependencies, and issues associated with each project and utilise problem solving thinking to find alternative solutions.
• Present changes in various IT Change Management forums and clearly explain technical aspects and risks.
• Organising and managing cross functional deployment teams / resources to perform release deployment activities.
• Continuously seek to improve and set best practices across release management.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Hands-on experience running complex deployments and releases in a highly regulated industry.
• Strong technical understanding of platform technology and cloud deployments.
• Demonstrable experience of multi-tasking whilst delivering high quality outputs.
• Experience of working in large, complex global organisations which are regularly subject to changes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of accountability for deliverables and overall performance.
• Proven ability to negotiate timescales and resources with delivery teams.
• Able to establish working relationships and connections across the organisation.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbally.
• Show high resilience and adaptability to various circumstances
