We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Lead Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:
Individual will be accountable for successful delivery of Technology projects and ensuring benefits realization. Project outputs may form part of a technology-based change program, delivery of a technology-only Program, or may be standalone.

Lead end to end execution and responsibility for all aspects of the project including definition, planning, execution & implementation, governance & control, financial, resource and change management.

Plan effectively around delivery constraints and optimizes the project plan to maximize benefits and minimize risk. Develops the plan within constraints, considering the delivery approach, key milestones and dependencies within the plan, requirements and scope, effort and resources, budgets and quality.

Oversee the tracking of projects(s) risks, issues, dependencies and assesses the impacts on the benefit realization for the project(s) and takes action to minimize impact, actively challenging and removing obstacles.

Work closely with delivery partners on planning, design and estimating, bringing together teams; actively managing dependencies between these teams and other projects.

Implement and utilize IT best practices in project frameworks in area of responsibility.

Ensure Global/Regional teams following frameworks and methodologies thus driving a common high performance approach.

Ensure key learning are captured from each projects and fed these back into the business to improve methodologies and share best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Experience in pricing and billing area specially in the ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing) application

Experience in test cases preparation, test strategy preparation, unit testing, SIT testing using technologies Oracle, WTX, Unix/Linux servers and Java.

Experience in Build Automation and Configuration Management. DevOps setup and should have proper understanding of CICD pipelines.

Have good experience in team handling, client interaction. Value and strive to maintain synergy, harmony and empathy within teams.

Have good experience in working with the Technology team and Product Owner to drive improvements in productivity through backlog management, maturity in the use of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and corresponding management of dependencies.

Experience in automation pack and tools like Tosca, Selenium using Java/Python, configuration, and setup.

The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements:

Experience in establishing effective governance and controls, in line with Business Transformation Framework, and co-ordinating cross DevOps and cross Global Business/Global Functions delivery

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, Analytical, Problem solving and documentation skills.
