We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst

Lead the global solution analyst practice. Ensure streamlining and driving towards target state of delivery.

Anchor the Solution analyst practices and ensure adherence towards governance standards and processes. Ensure appropriate regulatory, compliance, security and architecture controls are effectively maintained

Build a collaborative working relation with the Architect team, Business Analyst team and Technical SME teams.

Lead the detailed solution designs for moderate to complex solutions aligned to the Architectural designs produced . Work with business and IT groups to analyze, design and implement Lending product solutions that are consistent with enterprise architectural standards

Ensure solution designs address the Reusability, Extensibility, Availability, Performance, Serviceability, Security and resilience requirements and standards.

Ensure that non-functional requirements are clearly understood, rationale for holistic design & its components are provided, designs are peer reviewed and approved through the relevant Architecture Governance processes

Stay abreast of technology trends and advise IT and the business of potential opportunities and/or emerging risks.

Act as a tech consultant to the business stakeholders during the idea and the initiation phase

Participate in the E2E lifecycle of a project and guide the teams as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

A highly driven individual focused on continuous improvement of efficiency in the practice

At least 4 years of experience as a Solution Analyst, leading solution design for Moderate to complex solutions

Experience in delivering solution designs of high quality

Experience in working with various stakeholders including Senior Business/ functional stakeholders

Highly Analytical mindset

Knowledge of HSBC solution related governance processes and of Unsecured lending landscape

Experience in leading teams could be an added advantage

Knowledge in Unsecured lending products may be added advantage.

Understanding of digital wallets, cloud technology (AWS), integration with mobile may be added advantage.

Excellent communication skills in fluent English.
